Integrating veterans and military families into their communities.
Our Veteran Support Program (VSP) provides home and community support for Veterans. We provide individualized programming, tailored services, and skill development training for Veterans. Our company offers inclusive programming for all Veterans, including service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound co-incident to their military service. Warriors who rely on their families because of traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal-cord injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), neurological conditions, physical disabilities, and/or other conditions need Community Support Specialists to support and encourage warrior independence in the home and community.
Community Support Specialist Matched For Each Warrior
Our company hires Community Support Specialists (CSS), otherwise referred to as a Community Support Assistant, Community Support Aide, Home and Community Aide, Warrior Assistant, Life Coach, and/or Battle Buddy, who are trained and matched specifically for each of our warriors. Community Support Specialists are individuals of varying backgrounds, including Veterans, therapy aides, therapists, personal trainers, teachers, and coaches. Our Community Support Specialists works in conjunction with our Care Coordinator office, our Veteran client, and client family members to best serve warriors through social, recreational, wellness, educational, and life skills activities in the home and community.
